Exodus 20:19 NASB

Then they said to Moses, “Speak to us yourself and we will listen; but let not God speak to us, or we will die.”

   It’s much easier to listen to man, we can manipulate man to fit our desires concerning our lifestyle. We can debate with men and twist scripture again to fit us.
   When our relationship with God gets to the level that there will be no compromise and we have to submit, we either submit or get down on our knees and cry out God help me !
   Either way God is pleased as we have humbled ourselves and admitted we need Him, then the process of getting our lives to line up with His plan for our life can truly begin.
